Crowne Plaza Helsinki - Hesperia By Ihg, Helsinki

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, perfect for my work during customer visits and the business center's exhibition. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, although there were some delays at times. The location was superb, close to the city center and with easy access to cultural activities. The dining experience was above average, and the facilities were great overall.

The hotel rooms were very nice but could have used a bit more thorough cleaning, especially late at night. I had to call reception to address this, and after they came, things were better. The rooms are quite small, but overall, a decent stay.

Even though the rooms were a bit small compared to other hotels I've stayed at, they were comfortable and had everything I needed. The service from the staff was excellent, especially during my celebration, and they catered well to my requests. The location, while a bit far from the center, was convenient with public transport nearby and enjoyable for jogging by the lake. The dining experience was delightful overall, with delicious options and a fantastic view from the 9th floor restaurant.

The hotel had a big bathroom and was tidily organized and well-insulated. It was somewhat clean but not as spotless as I had hoped based on the Booking photos, appearing quite old and dirty. The stay was not what I expected.

The hotel had seen better days with old and outdated rooms and an awful corridor carpet. However, the room itself was big and comfy. The service was lovely, friendly, and quick. The location was convenient, close to public transport stops and within walking distance of the city center. The dining experience was above average. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
